Terms of Service
Read carefully: once payment has been submitted, you instantly agree to these terms.
☺All payment is taken in USD via Paypal, CashApp, or Venmo, OR directly through Fiverr.☺Payments will be delivered on a half and half basis. Half will be delivered upon final revision of the sketched design, and half upon finishing of the piece.☺The limit for sketch revisions is 5. Any more than this, then I am likely not the artist to make your piece.☺Additional revisions past the sketch phase are $2 each, with a max of 3.☺Refunds are not given unless the client hasn't been given their full commission after two months.☺Refunds are not available with finished commissions.☺Models are made for PNGtuber+. By sending payment, you acknowledge that you will receive files made for this program.☺Sending an order through Fiverr dictates that you also agree to their terms and service.☺Due to the limited capabilities of PNGtuber+, there is a limit of 10 toggles. (1 default, 4 free, and 5 max additional purchases.)☺I reserve the right to decline any client for any reason without question. This includes reasons of harassment, aggression, abusive behavior, and clients who have not read my terms of service.☺You MUST be 18+ in order to purchase a NSFW piece from me. ID verification may be required.☺Clients do not have the right to sell/mint their commission into an NFT.☺Clients do not have the right to use my art/their commission for or as AI art.☺Commissions will be delivered in a .zip file, containing a folder with their model pieces. (A .save file of your model is included if purchasing a rigged model, and a .png and .svg file of your logo if bundling with a logo.)☺I do allow models to be used for streaming purposes (with proper credit).☺By commissioning me, the client is purchasing my service under my creative influence. I will be allowed to place your model in my portfolio and use it as potential sales/promotional material UNLESS discussed otherwise before purchase.☺Inquiries will be responded to within 3-7 business days; holidays and emergencies may offset this response time. If your inquiry has not been responded to within 8+ days, I encourage you to resend it. It may have gotten buried.
